Randy Johnson and I had the most positive experience from the moment we walked into Ryan Motors. Ryan Sanford greeted us and instantly made us at ease with the entire buying process. We weren't sure what our credit looked like, so Ryan and his team (of family, no less) went to work at finding us the vehicle of our dreams. Savannah bent over backwards to get us a warranty that would cover our 2020 Nissan Murano, while Ryan made sure it was over the top luxury for us. We stopped in looking to check on our credit and we left with a BEAUTIFUL, SUV that will last us quite sometime and if there are any issues, we are absolutely assured that this "family run" company will stand behind their promises to take care of us and our car for the foreseeable future. These people are top notch, first class, real to life, hard working folks with families of their own. In fact, we had such a wonderful time during those two days that we are attending a family baby shower later this month. Talk about service...these guys are above and beyond anything we expected to encounter that day. Great team. Great folks. Go see for yourself!

Fantastic customer service. From Kellen the sales Rep, to Justin the Office Manager, to the super nice finance gal. All the people in the business were really warm and welcoming. I looked at a ton of different makes and models of vehicles from north dakota to montana. Wanted small new suv under 30k with all the bells and whistles. Ryan Motors has Fantastic website, easy to navigate. Messaged about vehicle. Super prompt response. Dealership is clean. The bathroom is very clean. They offer coffee, water, and like granola bars and chips while you wait. We did all paperwork over the phone and through texts. Went in for test drive. Loved the Jeep Compass. Sale completed in less than 45 minutes. But we stayed and visited for about an hour with everyone at the dealership. Fantastic honest great people.

Whole process went smooth as could be. Everything got handled online, and in less than a day I was in a new truck. I recommend Alexus. She made things clear and easy to understand, and got me approved, even with less than optimal credit history, overnight

I needed extensive work done to my 2014 RAM 1500 including front differential, transmission flush and new valve seals to name a few. Christina Lindsey was easy to deal with and gave me updates on my pickup when I requested them. Everything that I had concerns about was addressed and fixed correctly. Due to weather delays for parts and other unforeseen circumstances, it took 2 months to be completed. Overall, I would still recommend Ryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for any service in the future.

Had a great experience at Ryan Motors. I told them over the phone which truck on their website I was interested in, set up a day to come look at it and test drive it. As soon as I showed up they had the truck parked out front and ready to go. No haggling or upselling on a more expensive truck.After test driving and deciding I wanted it they immediately brought me in to start the paperwork. Even gave me a good price in my trade in. Everyone from the sales manager to financing were very friendly and made me feel welcome. This is how I like my experiences to be at a dealership. I highly recommend them.

Was very new to the whole situation of buying a car, and it was very overwhelming. I could not stop thinking I was in over my head and new veichle ownership wasn't for me... Had to bring a 2019 jeep in to get fixed, ended up costing an arm and a leg but thats cause the previous owner had spilt something down the shifter and screwed up the whole fuse box or something and it costed 8 grand, so the cars a lost cause but the customer service is great and cherokee kept us in the loop while they where looking at it

I had a friend replaced a brake sensor in my Dodge pickup. Unfortunately we didn't have the proper tools to calibrate the sensor which caused a few more very minor issues with the truck. Kimberly and the shop techs are as good as gold. I needed a new key made for my truck, the night before Thanksgiving, and she made sure to keep the doors open and have a few techs stay late to help me get it done. I was working far from home and they were the only option within many, many miles, so it had to work and they made it so. Cant thank them enough!!

Listen I can understand that dealerships have a lot of knowledge and resources to get vehicles fixed but the prices Ryan charges are astronomical. I've had services done at half the price they wanted to charge me at other places in town. I can find the same exact parts they're trying to sell me for less than half the price online, I can get services done for a fraction of what they want to do them for. I thought a business wanted to create an atmosphere where customers want to bring their business to them instead of bending them over every time they come in and expecting a smile in return. The only reason I go to Ryan is if I absolutely have no choice because my wallet cringes every time I think of even going there, if there was another option available that wasn't constantly two weeks out then 99.99% of the time I wouldn't step foot on the same block as Ryan. It's simply not worth getting overcharged by 40-150% to come to this place, the shop rate is insane, the randomly inserted non sense charges are insane, part costs are insane, I wish I didn't have to come to this place and it's not funny at all to price gouge your customers while you sit and get a fat bank account at the expense of the working man fully knowing that you're charging way too much and not caring at all. Car dealers used to be somewhat decent people now they've realized that they can screw the customer and there's nothing we can do about it, I can't wait for the downfall of places like Ryan motors.

Eddie the service advisor at Ryan Dodge was very helpful and ensured great maintenance for my vehicle. I would go here again purely based off of his customer service. The rest of the staff in the service department weren’t much help while Edward was on vacation- but he made it all better once he returned. Thank you, Eddie!
