Ryan Motors Facebook and Instagram Contest Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase or payment will not increase or improve chances of winning.

Eligibility

Ryan Motors contests are open to legal residents of the United States who, as of the entry date, are at least 18 years old, unless otherwise specified. Employees and representatives of Ryan Motors or Ryan Family Dealerships & the immediate family members of such persons are not eligible. Ryan Motors has the right to require potential contest winners to show proof of identity and eligibility.

Timing

Contests begin at the time of posting for online contests and will end at the time specified by the contest post or social media page.

How to Enter

For Facebook and Instagram contests, enter by ‘Liking’ or commenting on the post or page specified by the contest.
To be considered, ‘Likes’ and comments must be received before the contest end date.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate accounts and entries will be disqualified. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited.

Prizes

The contest prize will consist of the item pictured or described within the contest post. If the item is unavailable a prize of similar nature and value may be used instead. The prize will be available to be picked up by winner at Ryan Motors of Williston. If winner is unable to pick up the prize, it can be picked up by another individual of the winner’s choosing if communicated with ID. Winner will be solely responsible for any other unspecified costs associated with prize acceptance.

Drawing; Odds; Notification

Following the close of the contest period, Ryan Motors will randomly select one (1) potential winner from the online entry submissions unless otherwise specified by contest.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The winner will be contacted via Facebook messenger, unless an alternative method of contact was given through the contest.
Ryan Motors will provide the winner’s name, unless otherwise requested.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the contest constitutes winner’s consent to Ryan Motors’s use of winner’s name, image, and statements for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online and in print) in perpetuity and without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent, unless prohibited by law.

Conditions

Ryan Motors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the contest if, in Ryan Motors’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the contest, or if viruses, bugs, technical difficulties or any other factor beyond reasonable control affects the administration, security, fairness and integrity.

Winners will have 24 hours to confirm their prize and verify compliance with contest rules. Failure to comply with this deadline shall be deemed to be the winner’s forfeiture of his or her right to claim a prize (without compensation of any kind) and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received.

Ryan Motors and their subsidiaries, employees and management are forever and irrevocably held harmless against all claims, damages or liabilities arising in whole, or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation and/or entry in the contest and/or entrant’s award, receipt or use of any prize awarded in the contest.
